I would not purchase another technology from cynosure as most of the time the service technician has no idea how to fix the machine as well as not having parts with him. This review will be specifically for my experience with the cynosure apogee elite laser on my bikini brazilian area and lower legs. I have had the elite mpx laser system as well as the affirm in my clinic for 2 5 years great technology but the worst customer service ever.
